About Us

Commercial Cleaning, Done the Hard Way When the Hard Way Is What It Takes.

Founded in 2002 and headquartered in Matthews, North Carolina. Two decades of commercial cleaning experience, a specific focus on the medical community, and a willingness to take on the work other contractors decline.

Founded 2002. Built for the Long Haul.

Pure Cleaning Solutions has been in continuous operation since 2002. More than twenty years of commercial cleaning across medical, post-construction, and recurring janitorial accounts — across nine states from our Matthews, North Carolina headquarters. Long-tenure means trained crews, established compliance programs, and the institutional knowledge to scope work honestly the first time.

What We Do

Pure Cleaning Solutions is a commercial cleaning contractor serving nine states with three anchor markets: Charlotte (headquarters in Matthews, NC), Indianapolis, and the Northern Virginia / Washington DC corridor, plus active regional coverage across South Carolina, Indiana, Virginia, Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia. Our work spans the full commercial cleaning stack — nightly office janitorial, recurring medical and healthcare facility cleaning, window washing, floor care, post-construction turnovers, emergency disinfection, and specialty medical sanitization. We also take on work most commercial cleaning firms decline, including chemotherapeutic and pharmacy-compounding environments that require trained crews and dedicated supply chains.

Focused on the Medical Community

We are a commercial cleaning company with a specific focus on the medical community. Exam rooms, dental practices, urgent care, specialty clinics, infusion centers, chemotherapy compounding pharmacies, and surgery centers all carry compliance loads that general office cleaners are not equipped to handle. We are. Our crews are trained for infection control, regulated facility waste handling, and the documentation requirements that come with serving healthcare clients. The work is harder, the margin is the same, and most of our competitors stop at standard office cleaning. We do not.

Why We Exist

Cleaning services are a commodity industry right up until the work is not. The moment a facility carries infection-control risk, pharmaceutical residue, or hazardous-drug exposure, the pool of capable contractors shrinks fast. Most cleaners pass because the compliance load is steep, the insurance is expensive, and the margin is the same as a standard office. Facility managers end up calling three or four vendors before anyone will quote the work. We built the company to be that vendor.

How We Work

Every account we take on is walked, scoped, and documented before a crew is assigned. Training is specific to the facility type — our medical facility crews are not our post-construction crews. Supplies, PPE, and waste handling are procured and logged per-account, not pooled across a route. Our recurring clients receive documented cleaning logs on every visit, not a signed clipboard.

Bilingual Crews & 24/7 Operation

Our crews are bilingual — English and Spanish — across every market we serve. Our phone is answered seven days a week, twenty-four hours a day. For time-sensitive disinfection and specialty medical work, that matters: facilities calling us at 2 AM on a Sunday reach a person, not a voicemail. Communication and customer service response are core differentiators for us, and they have been since 2002.

What We Don't Do

We do not clean private residences. We do not take on one-time maid service bookings. We do not subcontract our specialty work to the lowest bidder. If you need recurring commercial cleaning, a specialty one-time remediation, or a vendor who can quote the work your current cleaner won't touch — we are built for that. If you need a house cleaned before an open-house, we are not.

How We Operate

Trained, Not Rotated

The crew that walks your facility on day one is the crew that walks it on day sixty. Specialty cleaning depends on pattern recognition, and pattern recognition depends on continuity.

Documented, Not Just Done

Every visit ends with a cleaning log. Every incident gets a written report. If the work cannot be documented, it cannot be audited — and unaudited cleaning is why facilities fail inspections.

Honest Scope, Honest Price

We walk facilities before we quote them. We tell clients what is included and what is not. We flag scope creep before it happens. No auto-renewal surprises, and our pricing is competitive without being a race to the bottom.

Communication First

Twenty-plus years of doing this work has taught us that the difference between a good vendor and a bad one is not the cleaning — it is the response time when something needs attention. Our crews escalate, our office answers, and our clients are not chasing us for replies.
