About the Company
When was Pure Cleaning Solutions founded?
Pure Cleaning Solutions has been in continuous operation since 2002. More than twenty years of commercial cleaning across medical, post-construction, and recurring janitorial accounts. Our headquarters is at 13663 Providence Rd. #181, Matthews, NC 28104, and we serve nine states.
What states do you serve?
Nine states: North Carolina (headquarters in Matthews), South Carolina, Indiana, Virginia, Washington DC, Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia. Our three anchor markets are Charlotte, Indianapolis, and Northern Virginia / DC. See our Service Areas page for the full county-by-county breakdown.
Are your crews bilingual?
Yes. Our crews are bilingual across every market we serve — English and Spanish — which matters for client-facing work in medical, hospitality, and post-construction environments, and for our office-side communication with crew leads.
Are you available 24/7?
Yes. Our phone is answered twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. For time-sensitive disinfection needs, that means a real person answers when you call at 2 AM on a Sunday — not a voicemail. Recurring janitorial scheduling is coordinated during normal business hours.
Do you clean private residences?
No. Pure Cleaning Solutions is a commercial-only operation. We do not take on house cleaning, maid service, airbnb turnovers, or private residential work of any kind. If you are looking for residential cleaning in any of our service areas, we are not the right fit.
What size accounts do you take on?
Our smallest recurring commercial accounts are single-suite professional offices. Our largest are multi-site contracts spanning more than one of our metros. We do not have a minimum square-footage threshold, but the work has to make sense as a commercial engagement.
Are you insured and bonded?
Yes. We carry general liability, commercial auto, and crime/fidelity (bonding) coverage. Certificate of insurance is available on request and can name your facility as additional insured if required by your lease or contract.
Do you carry specialty coverage for hazardous-drug cleaning work?
Yes. Our insurance program covers our specialty disinfection and medical-cleaning scope. For chemotherapeutic work, we operate under your facility's existing hazardous-drug SOP and documentation program. Specifics available during scope development.
Services & Scope
How quickly can you start a new account?
Typical turnaround from initial walk-through to crew on-site for a standard commercial scope is one to two weeks. Time-sensitive disinfection response is same-day within metro service areas. Specialty medical and chemotherapeutic accounts take longer because the scope development is more detailed.
Do you provide supplies?
Yes. We handle consumables procurement, stocking, and inventory as part of any standard janitorial contract. Pricing can be bundled into the monthly rate or broken out, depending on your accounting preferences.
Can you work around our business hours?
Yes. Most of our commercial cleaning runs on night or early-morning schedules. For facilities that need day-porter coverage or mid-day detail work, we staff accordingly.
Do you do one-time cleanings?
We quote one-time work for post-construction cleanups, move-outs, emergency disinfection, and specialty remediation. We do not do one-time general office cleaning — our operating model is built around recurring relationships.
Contracts & Billing
What do your contracts look like?
Standard recurring commercial contracts are one-year terms with 30-day termination for cause and 60-day termination for convenience. No automatic multi-year rollovers. Pricing is locked for the term unless scope changes are agreed in writing.
Do you require long-term contracts?
No. We do not require long-term or multi-year commitments — month-to-month and contract-free arrangements are available. One year is our standard recurring term, but if a client wants a shorter initial term to evaluate the working relationship, we accommodate it.
How is pricing structured?
Recurring accounts bill monthly at a fixed rate based on scope and frequency. Project work (post-construction, specialty remediation) is quoted per-project with phases broken out. Emergency response is quoted at the time of request.
What payment methods do you accept?
Check, ACH bank transfer, and invoice with net payment terms for established accounts. We do not currently accept credit card payments. Net terms are negotiated as part of contract setup.
Crews & Training
Are your crews W-2 employees or subcontractors?
Our commercial cleaning crews are W-2 employees. This matters for training consistency, background screening, and liability coverage. We do occasionally use vetted subcontractors for narrow specialty work, disclosed in advance.
Do you background-check crew members?
Yes. All cleaning crew members go through background screening before assignment to an account. For medical, government-adjacent, or specialty accounts, additional screening is performed based on the facility's requirements.
Do the same crew members come every time?
Yes — that is a core part of how we operate. Commercial cleaning quality is largely a function of crew continuity. Your assigned crew will be your assigned crew until personnel changes require otherwise, at which point we walk the transition with you.
Question Not Answered Here?
Send it. We don't mind questions — we'd rather spend time clarifying scope upfront than fighting about it during a contract term.
